Faisal Belhoul is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in private markets. Recognized as one of the top 100 executives in the Gulf by Arabian Business, Faisal has a proven track record of multiple successful exits and leadership roles across industries.

Currently, Faisal is the Chairman of Modus’ flagship Venture Builder fund, where he leverages his expertise in venture building and strategic investments to drive growth and innovation in the company. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Dubai Chambers, Chairman of J&F Holdings, and a Senior Advisor to the Speedinvest Growth Markets Fintech Fund.

Faisal is a trusted and prominent figure in the region’s innovation space, serving as a judge on Shark Tank Dubai. In his previous roles, Faisal founded Ithmar Capital and Amanat Holdings PJSC, one of the GCC’s largest integrated healthcare and education investment companies.

He has also held significant board positions, including a FTSE 250 healthcare company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Faisal is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and completed the Senior Executive Leadership program at Harvard University.
