Andre is a proven asset manager and entrepreneur with 13+ years of experience in financial and risk due diligence, PE/VC deal structuring, and M&A in diversified industries. He acts as a non-executive Director to an African-centric Single Family Office and served as executive director of KaPower, its African-focus VC division.

Prior to joining the family office, Andre held various roles in Capital Markets such as Director of Global Trade Finance at the National Bank of Canada and associate of Institutional Trading at Toronto-Dominion Bank. As General Partner at Modus Africa, he empowers and invests in Sub-Saharan startups with the goal of developing innovation ecosystems and uplifting underserved populations in emerging markets.

Andre holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
