Ahmed B

Venture Operations Manager

Ahmed has more than 11 years in the entrepreneurship field, including developing his family business and founding and co-founding various entrepreneurial student initiatives. He worked with the American University in Cairo’s (AUC) Venture Lab from 2013 to 2019, where he supported over 100 early-stage entrepreneurs with customer discovery, validation and going to market.

In August 2019, Ahmed was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship that took him to San Francisco, California, where he was part of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. He worked with a technology consulting firm to expand their business and service offerings to new customer segments, and create new solutions to their existing client base.

Ahmed joined Modus as Venture Operations Manager with the vision of sharing his knowledge and expertise with high-growth entrepreneurs in the MENA region.
Ahmed holds an MSC in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of San Francisco, USA and a BBA with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Economics from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.
